The Slump has arrived!
So, I've hit 50,000 words! Hooray, but the story is not finished. I have a hard time being able to write my stories within confines. I always go way beyond the limits. I hit it on Saturday night. But now that I have 50k, I've been feeling a big lack of motivation. I can't be bothered to write anymore and it annoys me because I actually want to finish the story! Plus I've gotten really lazy with my postings because I felt like no one was reading it, but I know Sya is and I feel blessed! :-D I've also hesitated posting because I know I'd be tempted to edit them before I published it. I'm going to force myself to post more and not edit so that I can push myself forward. Chapter 3 will be up shortly.

Hey, congrats at hitting the big 50k! I know trying to keep that blasted internal critic quiet can be a pain, but I've heard that it helps that you only let the critic loose if it will help you add words.
If you are trying to finish your story beyond the 50k, there are others on the Nano forums who are doing just that. You might be able to find support there. After all, November isn't finished yet...
